Some things in life are really beautiful and the closer you move in the more can be seen. Tara has prompted us with Extreme Close Up this week and I must admit, inspired by many other bloggers I have been playing around with the macro setting for quite some time but it was a shot on TV whilst watching the Titanic this week that gave me the idea I’m going with.
It was a close up taken from behind a woman. The close up showed her ear, her drop earring and some of her hair and that shot spoke volumes, you could tell from the earring that she was wealthy, her hair was neat and clean and the lace on her collar shouted Paris, London, New York the top fashion spots of the time.
I used the models close to hand and this is what I came up with
I think the shots speak of innocence, play, fun and quiet time after play time, in fact they were sitting watching Octonauts a firm favourite after playing all afternoon in the garden.
Then I tried some more
When my Bessie sits down to watch TVshe grabs ‘Baby Teddy’ and sucks her thumb. The first shot sees her oblivious to me and happy watching her cartoon and shortly later zonked out but thumb still ready on stand by if needed.
But just before she did fall asleep I got this beauty which I love, what do you think? Using Super Macro and no touching up at all
