All that chocolate talk last week sent my craving up to sky diving high level and whilst I nosed around everyone else’s Guilty Pleasure posts from Tara’s The Gallery I was mesmerised with English Mum’s entry – Individual Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cakes.
My mouth watered and I knew there and then I had to make some. A quick glance at the ingredients told me I was a couple of bits missing but rifling around in my cupboards I found a box of Dr Oetker’s Double Chocolate Brownies cake mix. It was the very next best thing to the Real McCoy that English Mum was suggesting so I called out for my little helpers and we set to….
I can’t believe I didn’t try this earlier as it was so easy to do, the girls had a great time ‘helping’ me and it was a quick task to complete too. Preparation 5 mins Bake 25 mins!!!
I struggled a little bit to get the brownies off the baking paper so maybe next time I will grease it a bit more than I did this time but the taste was sublime and by the time daddy and I closed the kitchen light off to go to bed there wasn’t any left! Proof it was indeed an exceptional recipe.
I’d thoroughly recommend this product to anyone, it’s not a sponsored post I just needed Chocolate Brownies and Dr Oetker was sitting in my cupboard patiently waiting to oblige.
Thank you Dr Oetker
These look so yummy :)
YUMMY!!! Looks like the girls enjoyed making them and I bet they didn’t last long!!
Lol! The girls certainly look like they enjoyed it!
How did I miss this?! What adorable little helpers – any time they’re stuck for work I’ll happily take them on! Thanks for the linky love xx
